Luna Lodge is situated on Olhuvelifushi island, in Lhaviyani atoll, one of the rare islands in the Maldivian archipelago in which you can enjoy a unique holiday experience in one of the most beautiful places in the world, immersed in the real essence of the local people lifestyle.
Olhuvelifushi island population is 700 people, most of them are fishermen. The island has a its own orderly and well-defined social structure. Moreover, Olhuvelifushi is one of the few islands with health care facilities and a hospital.
Walking on the main street, you can have the opportunity to see children going to school, young people practising sports in the sport court facilities and meeting people having a tea in the local cafè.

The structure is located only 100 meters from the private beach on which the access is only allowed to Luna Lodge guests.
Luna Lodge is a newly built design guest house and its mission is to increase the level of the typical guesthouses, providing both the experience and the atmosphere of a design hotel.

Maldives archipelago consist of 1192 coral islands, with no single island rising more than 1.8 metres above sea level. Only 200 islands are inhabited and the population is estimated to be 430.000 people.
Every island is surrounded by crystal light blue lagoons and the presence of a coral reef characterized by a reef-building corals.
Besides the coral reef, the sea water is deep blue.
Fauna and flora are luxuriant both on the islands and in the sea, and they are unexpectedly full of life and colourful.
